How to Stop an Action Flow

Action Flows are continuously running by default and will start running after you save a new flow. If you would like to stop an action flow from running, you can choose to temporarily pause it or delete it completely.

Pause an Action Flow

Follow these steps to pause a flow:

  1. Navigate to the Action Flows page in your Sonikit dashboard by clicking the Action Flow menu item in the left sidebar

  2. Locate the flow that you want to pause

  3. Click the menu icon in the top right corner of the Action Flow

  4. Click Pause

This will prevent the Action Flow from running, while maintaining all of your analytics and settings. You can restart a flow any time by clicking the menu button again an then clicking Start.

Delete an Action Flow

If you prefer to fully delete an action flow, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Action Flows page in your Sonikit dashboard by clicking the Action Flow menu item in the left sidebar

  2. Locate the flow that you want to pause

  3. Click the menu icon in the top right corner of the Action Flow

  4. Click Delete

Deleting an Action Flow will stop it from running immediately and delete all of its settings. Any analytics data already generated by the flow will always remain and be visible in your account analytics.
