Inviting Viewers by Email (Invite-Only Access)

What Is Invite-Only Sharing?

Invite-only dashboards are accessible only to specific email addresses you approve.

Viewers:

  • Do not need a Sonikit account

  • Can only view dashboards they’re invited to

  • Lose access immediately if removed

This is ideal for managers, labels, agencies, or long-term partners.

How to Invite Viewers

  1. Click Share on your dashboard

  2. Enter one or more email addresses

  3. Send invitations

  4. Viewers receive a secure access link via email

You can add or remove viewers at any time.

Managing Invited Viewers

From the Share window, you can:

  • Add new email addresses

  • Remove existing viewers

  • Disable invite-only access entirely

Changes take effect immediately.
