Managing Dashboard Sharing & Access Settings

Where to Find Sharing Controls

1. Go to your Sonikit home page

2. Open the analytics dashboard

3. Click Share

From here, you can manage all access settings.

What You Can Manage

From the Share window, you can:

• Copy or disable public links

• Invite or remove email-based viewers

• Enable or disable password protection

• Change viewer permissions

• Turn off sharing entirely

All changes apply immediately.

Turning Off Dashboard Sharing

To stop all external access:

• Disable public links

• Remove invited viewers

• Save changes

This instantly revokes access for everyone outside your account.
