Sharing Analytics Dashboards in Sonikit (Overview)

What is Dashboard Sharing?

Sonikit analytics dashboards give you real-time insights into how your projects are performing across campaigns, links, patches, and fan actions.

By default, all analytics are automatically available to team members on your Sonikit account. Dashboard Sharing extends this by allowing you to securely share live analytics with people outside your account, such as:

• Artists

• Managers

• Clients

• Labels

• Marketing partners

Shared dashboards always show live data and update automatically—no exports or screenshots required.

How Dashboard Sharing Works

Dashboard sharing lets you control:

• Who can access your analytics

• How they access it (link, password, or invite)

• What they’re allowed to do (view-only or explore)

All sharing controls are available from your Sonikit home page using the Share button.

What Dashboard Sharing Is (and Isn’t)

Dashboard sharing is:

• A way to share live analytics with external stakeholders

• Read-only for data safety

• Fully revocable at any time

Dashboard sharing is not:

• Account access

• Editing permissions

• A static export or snapshot

Viewers can never modify your data or dashboard setup.
