Campaign Inbox Overview

Campaign Inbox lets you view and respond to inbound SMS replies from fans who receive your campaigns—all from your Sonikit dashboard.

When a fan replies to a campaign, their message appears inside Campaign Inbox, grouped by the campaign that triggered it. You can review replies, see engagement in context, and send one-to-one responses when it makes sense.

Campaign Inbox is built to support direct fan engagement, not live chat or automation.
