How Campaign Inbox messages are charged

Campaign Inbox uses the same billing rules as standard SMS campaigns.

Inbound messages

• Inbound fan replies are never charged

• You can view all incoming messages at no cost

Outbound replies

• Replies you send from Campaign Inbox are treated as outbound SMS

• Charges are based on:

  • Message length

  • Message content

  • Recipient country

• Messages are deducted from your monthly free message allotment

• If your allotment is exceeded, outbound replies are charged at $0.03 per message

There are no additional inbox-specific fees.
