Campaign Inbox is available on:

• Pro — Included

• Enterprise — Included

• Basic — Not available

If you’re on the Basic plan, inbound replies and Campaign Inbox will not appear in your dashboard. Upgrading to Pro or Enterprise is required to access this feature.
