Responding to Fan Messages

How to send a reply from Campaign Inbox

You can respond directly to fans from the conversation view.

Steps

1. Navigate to Messaging → Sent Campaigns.

2. Select the campaign with the reply you want to respond to.

3. Click a reply to open the conversation.

4. Type your message into the reply input.

5. Click Send reply.

Your response will be sent as a standard outbound SMS from the same phone number used for the original campaign.

Important notes

• Replies are sent manually, one fan at a time.

• There is no automation or bulk reply option.

• Conversations remain linked to the original campaign for clarity.
