How to view replies to an SMS campaign

Inbound replies are always tied to the campaign they came from, making it easy to understand context and engagement.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Sonikit dashboard.

  2. Click Messaging in the left sidebar.

  3. Open the Sent Campaigns tab.

  4. Select the campaign you want to review.

  5. On the campaign detail page, you’ll see:

    • Campaign analytics (delivery, clicks, replies)

    • A list of inbound fan replies, if any exist

  6. Click a reply to open the full conversation.

What you’ll see

  • Fan phone number

  • Message content

  • Date and time of each message

  • Full conversation history tied to that campaign

If no fans replied to a campaign, the inbox section will remain empty.
