How to Set Up and Send Messages with Your Contact Card
Custom Contact Cards help your fans recognize your messages instantly. When you send a marketing SMS through Sonikit, you can include a branded contact card that lets fans save your phone number directly to their contacts — complete with your artist name and image. This makes your messages look more professional and instantly recognizable in your fans’ inboxes.
How to Set Up and Send Messages with Your Contact Card
Step 1: Open Messaging Settings
Go to your Messaging Dashboard in Sonikit.
Select Settings from the top menu.
Scroll to the Contact Card section.
Step 2: Create or Edit Your Contact Card
Upload an Image — Add your logo, artist photo, or any image that best represents your brand.
File type: JPG or PNG recommended
Keep it square and clear for best results
Enter Your Contact Name — This will be shown when fans add your number to their phone contacts.
Click Save to store your contact card settings.
💡 Tip: Update your contact card anytime — changes automatically apply to future messages.
Step 3: Include Your Contact Card in a Message
Go to Messaging → New Message.
Compose your SMS as usual.
In the composer options, check the box labeled Contact Card.
Review your message preview to confirm the card will be sent.
Click Send to deliver your branded message.
Your fans will receive your SMS along with your contact card, making it easy for them to tap “Add Contact” and save you to their phone.
