International SMS Delivery Notice

Sonikit supports sending SMS messages to fans worldwide. However, delivery of international messages is not guaranteed in all regions due to country-specific carrier policies and regulations.

While messages are routed globally through our U.S. messaging infrastructure some international carriers block or filter promotional or application-to-person (A2P) messages sent from foreign phone numbers, particularly when the sender number originates outside the recipient’s country. These restrictions vary by country and carrier, and may affect the ability of messages to reach fans in certain regions.

If a message cannot be delivered, Sonikit will display an “undelivered” status in your campaign analytics. Delivery success rates may also vary depending on:

• The fan’s mobile carrier and local SMS filtering rules

• Country-level A2P registration or sender ID requirements

• Message content (e.g. links, promotional language, or shortened URLs)

We continuously monitor delivery performance and compliance updates from our messaging providers to improve international reliability. For the highest deliverability, we recommend encouraging fans to opt in using valid, local mobile numbers and keeping campaign content brief and recognizable.
