Getting Started with Instagram Automations
Instagram Automations allow you to automatically engage with fans when they interact with your Instagram account.
Using Action Flows, you can trigger automated Instagram messages when fans comment on your content or send your account a direct message.
Before You Begin
Before creating Instagram automations, you must connect an Instagram Messaging Channel to your project.
To verify your Instagram account is connected:
Open Messaging from the left sidebar.
Locate the Messaging Channels section.
Confirm that your Instagram profile appears in the list.
If no Instagram profile is connected, complete the Instagram connection process before continuing.
