Managing Instagram Action Flows
After creating an Instagram automation, you can manage it from the Action Flows page.
View Your Automations
Open Action Flows from the left sidebar.
Review the list of existing Action Flows.
Instagram automations appear alongside your other automation workflows.
Edit an Automation
To modify an existing automation:
Locate the Action Flow.
Click the ellipsis menu in the upper-right corner of the card.
Select Edit.
You'll be returned to the editor where you can update triggers, keywords, messages, buttons, and other settings.
Pause an Automation
To temporarily stop an automation:
Click the ellipsis menu.
Select Pause.
Paused automations remain saved but will not process new Instagram interactions.
Reactivate an Automation
To resume a paused automation:
Open the automation.
Re-enable it and save your changes.
The automation will immediately begin processing new interactions again.
Delete an Automation
To permanently remove an automation:
Click the ellipsis menu.
Select Delete.
Deleting an Action Flow cannot be undone.
Troubleshooting
If your Instagram automation is not triggering:
Verify your Instagram Messaging Channel is connected.
Confirm the automation is active and not paused.
Check that keyword conditions are being met.
Verify the correct post was selected when using post-specific triggers.
If the issue persists, review your trigger settings and test the automation again using a new comment or direct message.
