How to Connect and Manage Integrations in Sonikit

Sonikit makes it easy to connect your favorite music platforms, email providers, ad tools, and more — all in one place.

Whether you're syncing tour dates, collecting emails, or setting up conversion tracking, the Integrations tab in your dashboard is your central hub for connecting third-party services.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to:

• Connect a new integration

• Manage or disconnect an existing integration

• Troubleshoot common issues

🚀 Connecting a New Integration

To connect any supported integration (like Spotify, Mailchimp, Bandsintown, Google Ads, etc):

1. Log into your Sonikit dashboard

2. Navigate to the Integrations tab

3. Click the New Integration button

4. Select an integration from the list of categories (e.g. Streaming, Email, Ads, Events)

5. Click Connect and follow the instructions

🔐 Most integrations use OAuth

For most platforms (like Spotify, Google, Facebook, Mailchimp, etc.), you’ll simply be redirected to log in and approve access. Once approved, the integration will automatically appear in your dashboard.

📝 Manual Integrations (Seated, Bandsintown, Songkick)

Some platforms don’t use OAuth and require a bit of setup:

• Seated

• Bandsintown

• Songkick

To connect these:

1. Follow steps 1–4 above

2. When prompted, enter your Artist ID or Username

3. Save the integration

⚙️ Managing Existing Integrations

Once connected, all integrations appear in the Integrations tab.

Click any integration to:

• View its current connection status

• Re-authorize or refresh access

• Edit settings (e.g. sync frequency, connected project)

• Disconnect the integration

• ✅ You can connect multiple integrations in each category (e.g. Mailchimp + Klaviyo)

• ✅ Integrations work for all landing pages and embeds within a single project. To connect a different integration account, create a new project o connect a new integration.
