How to Connect Shopify to Sonikit

Connect your Shopify store to Sonikit to display products on your landing pages, build customer audiences from Shopify purchase data, and unify your Shopify customers with your streaming fans.

Before You Begin

To connect Shopify, you'll need:

  • A Shopify store with administrator access.

  • Your store's .myshopify.com domain (for example, yourstore.myshopify.com).

💡Important: Use your Shopify .myshopify.com domain, not your public storefront URL. For example, enter yourstore.myshopify.com instead of www.yourstore.com.

Connecting Shopify

  1. Sign in to your Sonikit account.

  2. From the left sidebar, click Integrations.

  3. Locate the Shopify integration.

  4. Click Connect.

  5. Enter your Shopify .myshopify.com domain.

  6. Click Connect beneath the input field.

  7. You'll be redirected to Shopify to review the requested permissions and install the Sonikit app.

  8. Click Install to authorize the connection.

  9. After installation is complete, Shopify will automatically redirect you back to Sonikit.

Once connected, Shopify will appear in your list of installed integrations.

What Happens Next?

After connecting Shopify, you can:

  • Display Shopify products on Sonikit landing pages with direct Buy buttons.

  • Build audience segments using Shopify customer and purchase data.

  • Automatically match customers with fans using shared email addresses or phone numbers to create unified fan profiles.

Disconnecting Shopify

You can disconnect Shopify at any time by opening the Shopify integration from your installed integrations and selecting Disconnect.

Disconnecting Shopify stops future data synchronization between Shopify and Sonikit. Existing customer and audience data already imported into Sonikit will not be removed automatically.

If you're having trouble connecting your store, verify that:

  • You're entering your .myshopify.com domain.
