How to cancel your Sonikit plan
You can downgrade or cancel you Sonikit plan at any time. When your plan is cancelled, you will no longer be billed. You'll continue to have full access to your account and plan features until the end of your current billing cycle. Once your subscription cycle ends, your account will be deactivated and your embeds, landing pages, pre-saves, and phone number will be disabled. If you do decide to subscribe again, all your content will be reactivated automatically.
To cancel your current plan to discontinue your recurring billing subscription, follow the steps below:
Sign into your Sonikit account
Click the Account Menu in the bottom left corner of the dashboard's sidebar
Click the Account option in the menu
On the Billing tab, locate your current plan in the card on the top left
Click the Cancel link in the bottom left corner of the Plan card
Confirm you'd like to fully cancel you plan by clicking the red Confirm and cancel button
