I Lost Access to My 2FA Device — What Should I Do?
Option 1: Use a Recovery Code
If you saved your recovery codes:
Choose Use a recovery code at sign-in
Enter one unused code
Regain access immediately
Option 2: Still Have Your Phone
If you changed phones but still have access:
Restore your authenticator app backup
Or receive an SMS code if SMS is enabled
Option 3: No Device and No Recovery Codes
If you no longer have:
Your phone
Your authenticator app
Your recovery codes

Account ownership
Recent activity
Billing or subscription details
